If your phone is lost or stolen please adhere the following procedure:
Contact your network provider/ operator to bar the phone ( please ensure that you have the relevant account details to hand such as passwords, account number)
Contact the police for a crime reference number (you will need the IMEI number of the lost/stolen phone, this can be found on the contract or in some instances from your network provider)
Contact your insurance company to notify them of the loss (this may mean re contacting your network operator/ service provider in some cases). Please have full details surrounding the loss/theft or damage and any relevant reference numbers. Any claim must be notified within 24 hrs for claim to be valid. You are liable for any call charges until the loss is reported to the network or service provider.
