The company started out as a cellular service provider with a 52% market share in Scotland. In 1998 the company diversified into the fixed line marketplace. The company was based in Edinburgh and began operating throughout the UK. Growth was rapid, and before long it was necessary to find a larger office. In 2000 a purpose built office complex was created to house the now thriving business.

We are one of the fastest growing telecom companies in the UK with over 2000% growth in the last 5 years. Pinnacle Telecom plc is made up of a number of companies specialising in areas such as mobile solutions, engineering, voice, and data solutions. In 2005 Pinnacle Telecom plc made another addition to the group when it purchased ‘The Bureau of Communications’ a mobile phone dealership based in Coventry.
