Need help understanding your bill?

Your monthly bill from Pinnacle is sent out on or after the 5th day of every month. The direct debit instruction will be taken 14 days from the date of your invoice. Should you have any discrepancies regarding your bill please contact customer services on 0870 787 7870.

Paper-free billing

Avoid office untidiness and be kinder to the environment by receiving your monthly bill via e-mail when you select E-billing from Pinnacle.

As an environmentally conscious company, Pinnacle are constantly trying to improve ways to better serve our environment. In selecting to receive your bill via email you will not only actively help our environment but will also:

  • Keep bills organised in one secure file on your pc.
  • Free desk and office space from clutter.

What can I expect to receive as part of the e-billing service?

  • Full Reports (.pdf) - This includes information such as 10 most expensive calls and 10 longest in duration calls. A call type analysis and mobile analysis will help assist in understanding more about your telephony expenditure.
  • Full itemisation - You will receive a spreadsheet (.csv) that details every call made which can be used to create your own reports if necessary.
  • You can receive a paper invoice - Your invoice will be sent out on the same day as your e-bill which, is usually on or after the 5th day of the month. Direct Debit will be taken 14 days from the date of the invoice.

In order for us to continue to provide you with the lowest prices we request that all our customers pay their monthly bill by direct debit.
